Wardrake Horn Blade
Weapon (Shortsword), Uncommon (Requires Attunement)
The blade of this shortsword is fashioned from the sharpened and enchanted horn of a wardrake.
Tongue Whip. If you are wielding this sword, as an action you can cause a spectral tongue to lash out at a creature within 30 feet of you. That creature must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw taking 4d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, and if the creature is Large or smaller, you pull that creature up to 10 feet closer to you. On a successful save the creature takes half as much damage and is not pulled.
Once you use the Tongue Whip effect, you can’t use it again until the next dawn.
Whenever you use the Tongue Whip effect roll a 1d4 and consult the Side Effect table.
