Within the Elemental Plane of Earth, an elemental wizard crafted the pendant of sand sculpting. This wizard, residing in a towering structure of sand, mastered the art of shaping grains into intricate forms. Many have used the pendant in a variety of endeavors.
Architects, with grand visions and deep pockets, sought the services of a skilled model maker. A sculptor, fueled by the pendant’s magic, brought their dreams to life in the gritty canvas of sand.
Beyond models of buildings, a wandering storyteller carried the pendant to weave enchantment into her tales with fantastic displays of sand. Then it fell into the hands of a troupe of actors, who transformed the sands into sets, performing for nomad tribes under the vast desert sky.

While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to conjure a Large or smaller object made of firm compact sand in an empty space on the ground within 30 feet of yourself. The object has AC 13, 15 hit points and is immune to poison and psychic damage. The object lasts until it is destroyed, you dismiss it as an action or you use this feature again.
As an action, you can polymorph (as the spell) into a dust mephit. Once you use this feature you cannot do so again until the next dawn.
