The bracer was designed to be worn on the arm, and it has the ability to replace a lost hand, allowing its user to regain full use of their limb. It was originally forged for a hero of old whose hand was severed in battle with a mummy lord. Intricate symbols etched into its surface represent the magic schools of conjuration, enchantment and evocation.
The enchanter who created the bracer of the mystic hand also sacrificed a sliver of her own magic in order to imbue it with additional spellcasting capabilities. It grants its wearer the ability to cast a few potent spells, including arcane hand, burning hands and mage hand. With these spells, the bracer’s master can conjure a powerful hand of pure energy to aid them in combat, set objects ablaze with magical flames and manipulate objects from a distance.
