So there I were, skulkin’ ’bout the enchanter’s workshop. Bloke were ‘alf mason, ‘alf wizard, which meant ‘is ‘ands was rough but ‘is mind were sharp. Bad combo for a gobbo lookin’ to make off with some shiny. But then I clocked it: the bag o’ bricks, just sittin’ there beggin’ to be nicked. I swiped it quick. With it I could magic brick panels out o’ nuffink it were.
First night out, I put it to work. Fancied a ruby necklace from some toff’s townhouse, but the window were too high. So I slapped down two panels right in the air, makin’ me a staircase to treasure. Climbed up, popped the latch, and in I went, quiet as a church mouse. The trick is not to get greedy, see? But then I spots the silverware. Couldn’t resist.
Next thing I know, the butler’s shoutin’, the dag’s barkin’, and I’m leapin’ from panel to panel in a ‘urry. One of ‘em cracks under me boots right on the butler’s noggin. Poor sod’s stuck in a pile o’ bricks, yelpin’ like a kicked pup every time he takes a step. I’m ’bout to toss down another panel to make me escape, when I realize I’m outta bricks. Down I go, right into the ‘edge.
Still, got the necklace, didn’t I? And the bag’s good as new come mornin’. Reckon I’ll try a bank next. Or maybe a museum. Point is, with a bit o’ clever and a bag o’ bricks, there ain’t a place in this city I can’t crack. Just gotta mind the butlers… and the dags.

Wondrous Item, Rare
This bag has 12 charges. As a Magic action, you can expend up to 4 charges to manifest a number of brick panels equal to the number of charges expended. Each must be created in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of you in any orientation you desire (vertical, horizontal, angled). Each 3 inch thick, 5-foot-by-5-foot panel has AC 14 and 20 Hit Points with Immunity to Poison and Psychic damage.
A panel is destroyed after a minute has passed or its Hit Points are reduced to 0. When a panel is destroyed, a 5-foot-radius area of difficult terrain appears on the closest surface below it that lasts for a minute. When a creature moves into or within the area, it takes 1d4 Psychic damage for every 5 feet it travels.
The bag regains 2d6 expended charges daily at dawn.
