In addition to its ability to summon wyrmling spirits, the horn of wyrmcalling grants its wielder an innate understanding of the draconic language. This horn is decorated with the carved likeness of a wyrmling’s head and dragon scales. While holding it, you can speak draconic and have advantage on Charisma checks when interacting with dragons and kobolds.
As an action, you can blow the horn. In response, a wyrmling spirit from the nether appears within 60 feet of you. To determine the wyrmling spirit’s statistics, roll a d10 and consult the table below. The wyrmling spirit returns to the nether after 1 hour or when it drops to 0 hit points. It is friendly to you and will follow your commands. Once you have used this feature, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
